My maiden game of Left 4 Dead! We played on Normal, which is like Easy, so Jsoh ultimately got his wish. The only danger in Normal mode is to your connectivity bars. In this picture Jhoh heals Bodybag with a medkit while Jsoh helps out by targeting his chakras. Or he might be winding up into a hadoken.
Bodybag getting juggled by a Tank in the corner while I shoot. Guns and film. "Help Bodybag up." NO, YOU.
The game is actually not as scary as I expected, because the low level zombies are very easy to deal with. They're just points and distractions for the bosses to sneak up on you. Having said that I find all the enclosed areas very creepy, especially when reloading as your flashlight tips up. This shot conveys some of that claustrophobia. Also notice the flannel shirt on this model. Another Valve dig at Erik?!
And now here are more headshots. Pay the headshot designer more money, Valve.
This is a good shot of the "blood ribbons" that shoot out occasionally. Very gross in motion. |
