Will there be a love stroy between zoey and francis?

by looking at the game intro they seem to look like they have a thing between each other and by looking at louis he looks like he already has/had a family and watching the intro he doesnt really look intrested in zoey (unless there was a zombie on her then he would try and help of course). And by looking at bill he seems to be like the commander of the group so really focuses on getting everyone out of there alive.
