Watched them both in a row yesterday. Was struck by moviemaker's dedication, in both movies, to convince the viewer that adapting your life to incredibly neurotic, irritating women, especially when you are fucked up yourself, is the future, baby. THE FUTURE.
Other than that, Garden was a solid 6/10, eternal sunshine as well. Points off for boringness, romantic comedyness, but garden was at least funny, and eternal sunshine entertainingly made. |
