So just like any MMO really, you have to deal with threadbare personalities who have no business being in charge of anything at all and probably should not be interacted with (they don't improve on the experience of talking to a soulless NPC), and you also have to do a lot of sitting around doing nothing in between actual action. And then in the end the payoff is little to nothing.
