It was actually extremely boring and pointless. There was a reason WOW was the best MMO (until Warhammer now apparently), because it got things right that every other MMO was still doing wrong, for completely inexplicable reasons. As much of a grindy slog that WOW was and still is, it's nothing compared to the boring pointlessness of Korean MMOs and any MMO that is even remotely influenced by a Korean MMO. Most of them don't even have quests, except maybe one or two to go collect 10 whelp tails from bloo blee area. The rest of the game is just you having to kill enemies. You are supposed to "socialize" too with absolutely no incentive to. |
