| A week ago when I had the bathroom fan/light on (they both use the same switch) I heard a bunch of banging coming from the fan, I thought it was about to fly right out, but instead it was just banging and it went away.
A week later there was a horrible smell from the bathroom. THERE IS A SMELL IT SMELL LIKEA SHIT, but actually it smelled like really strong old sourkraut but gross. We got draino and some kind of stuff you pour in the toilet that's supposed to clean the pipes, which didn't help. A few days later I got out of the shower and a bunch of maggots were on the floor all writhing around, and they looked old too, like half black and big, like little slugs. It was about this time we all figured out (me, Jso, moom, people) that it was a dead animal. They actually told us before we moved in that there were raccoons that lived in the attic, and I even saw the whole damn family of them climbing up the side of the apartment when I went out one night. Either one of them or some other animal must've fallen in the vent and died or died and fell in the vent. They're finally getting around to fixing this shit up, apparently the dude (ponytail) is coming over and he has to cut a hole in the side of the top area to get in there, find whatever corpse and shit, clean out the raccoons, they'll have to set traps, etc. THIS IS ONE CHEAP ASS NEIGHBORHOOD (shacktown, a.k.a. the cardboard jungle). |
