| There were the earlier episodes where Warrick gets into pills and stuff and some stripper he bangs ends up dead, and Grissom has to suspend him. Then like one episode later they basically drop that whole plotline and I thought that was it. What I forgot was there was implication that THERE WAS A MOLE IN THE DEPARTMENT 8( who was taking orders from some mob guy who runs the titty bar that Warrick met the stripper at.
I remember CSI Miami was playing around with a "mole in the department" plot themselves a few years ago, but of course it being CSI Miami it was totally childish and retarded, dealing more with SOMEONE LEAKING INFORMATION TO THE PRESS or some shit and it turned out it was the hot chick with big hooters (Boa Vista, not any of the OTHER hot chicks with big hooters on the show) and blah blah who cares. Anyway they finally return to the story where Warrick ends up waking up in a room with the mob boss dead with a gun in his hand, BUT HE DOESN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING. Could he be the killer? HIZZLE? No, of course not, but the episode of course goes through the whole "slow motion walking him to the police car" scenes and SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! until they finally get down to business and find some evidence here and there. Dutch from The Shield shows up as an internal affairs dude who grills Warrick and even becomes Dutch for a little while talking about how Warrick seems to have obsessive compulsive tendencies what with his OUT OF CONTROL GAMBLING ADDICTION seen in previous seasons, even though he spent more time recovering from gambling addictions than actually gambling in CSI. Anyway at the end they clear him and find the mole is some other cop, who is disappeared, but surely just some cop isn't making all these moves he must be taking orders from someone higher up bloo bloo. They free Warrick and Grissom says that the under sheriff doesn't want to fire him but he will have to be suspended and demoted, but at least he's not going to jail for murder. Then there is a diner scene where they are all hanging out and they are like hey it is good you got out, so you know SOMETHING is going to happen, like the mole cop is going to be in Warrick's back seat when he goes to leave. Instead it's the undersheriff guy saying WELL, I DON'T WANT TO SUSPEND YOU! Just as long as Warrick isn't going to be a rogue cop going around blah blah, and Warrick is like NAW MAN (AW HAYUL NAW), but we will stop that one cop who is on the run now, and undersheriff says "that's what makes you a great CSI." Then the undersheriff shoots him in the neck. |
