Okay I've been using XNews for the past couple of years and it's been usable. A lot of times it screws up the groups somehow though, and I have to reset them and wade through thousands of messages I had previously culled. Today I finally became fed up and happened to see an ad for 'newsrover'. I've never used nzb files but it apparently supports them and that's apparently a good thing. Built-in rar support too. Anyone familiar with both XNews and Newsrover? Is there an ultimate reader that has no niggling points to it? I'd be happy with XNews if it didn't fuck itself regularly. I'm pretty much looking for a similar layout and functionality. |
