My weekends are currently midweek, and in a couple weeks the Colts have their training camp at nearby Indiana State University (home of the fighting tulip tree leaves!). I'm taking this opportunity to print out the site logo and make a name badge, wear some khakis and a polo, grab a clipboard, and see if I can get some quotes as press. I'm official.
Any requests for specific players or questions? I figured to use sports video games as my in angle and go from there. Football players are inherently funny (also: MACHO), so some sort of article should write itself, assuming I can actually get some quotes. Of course the whole thing might suck or I could hit a brick wall of bureaucracy or procrastination, but that'd put us at status quo with me being banal, the site still not being funny enough for INC, and Zseni being yin to Barbie's missing wyang.
Jonsey, if I write the Colts PR department, can I give them your email as a second reference for the site? |
