| Arrrgh, I can't find a link for this, but some of the local sports radio dudes were talking about Haslett's press conference. Evidently, he was asked if he knew how many more games the Saints would win this season. Putting aside the fact that that question is, beyond doubt, the fucking dumbest question ever, Haslett trumped it by responding along the lines of, "If I knew, I'd pull a Pete Rose and bet on it!" He wasn't laughing when he said it.
Yes, Jim: compare yourself to Pete Rose. What a fucking fantastic idea. Would you like to be some other team's defensive coordinator next year, or just simply unemployed? SHUT THE FUCK UP. |
