You're on the money here, Worm, but I seem to have lost the knack for new voices somewhere around age 12. I make do with this essential set:

- Louie Armstrong meets Cookie Monster
- Chairee from Pee-Wee's playhouse
- My sixth-grade Indian teacher (female)
- Bobcat Goldthwait

... then backfill with standard-issue falsettos and the opposites of a falsetto (which wikipedia refers to as "vocal fry").
