It's not available on the US XBOX LIVE but that doesn't stop you from making a fake british account, I used: Savage Gardens Beckton Greater London Postcode E16 2RA On the recommendation of some guy on another forum(and presumably Britain). The demo is pretty short, and features a level mode, and a lap mode. The level mode only feels like a single lap, since you're moving in a certain route the entire time. The lap mode basically plays like the best kind of racing game ever, one where you shoot people in the head as you race. I hope the levels and modes are varied in the final product, as the main gameplay mechanic is really fun. There is apparently xbox live functionality. If that involves some kind of foot race while you shoot people in the face, or some coop super level I think it could be really great. This game could do for head shots what guitar hero did for rhythm games. It's so arcadey there is even a bonus guy
