Another baby is dead because of WOW players, this time Americans.

Indirectly, at least, the 2-year-old girl found dead in a box in Galveston Bay came to Texas because of an online video game. Her mother moved with the girl from Ohio to Texas after meeting a fellow player in the adventure fantasy World of Warcraft.

But experts say people should avoid the temptation to blame Warcraft for the death of 2-year-old Riley Ann Sawyers, better known to the country as "Baby Grace."

"We have to be cautious and not think everyone online is crazy," said Celia Pearce, a professor at Georgia Tech's Experimental Games Lab who studies the fast-growing "massively multiplayer online role-playing games" that are getting more mainstream attention — not all of it positive.

Here's what some actual Texans have to say about it.

Please allow me to state that there is a special place in hell reserved for people like Royce and Kimberly.

With that said, I have been searching the Harris County marriage records. His father was married three times in 27 years. His parents were married in 1980 and his mother remarried in 1989. Interesting that she went back to her maiden name during the divorce. 99% of the time the mother opts to keep her married name to make it easier for government and medical purposes with a child. Which makes me wonder if his father raised him. His fathers first marriage lasted less than three years, the second (approx. 9), and married his didn't third wife until 2004. I would like them to investigate the fathers methods of raising his son. Being that he did not have a mother figure at home, I tend to see him being raised by a iron fisted father.

Let me repeat myself, I do not have any sympathies for this monster. My three year-old daughter saw the picture of Riley (Baby Grace) on tv and said, "awww, she's pretty". I would just like for everyone involved to see justice. This was not his child and why did the mother (ANY MOTHER) allow it to happen, assist, and above all else leave her only child to decompose in the backyard for two weeks? There has got to be a reason or explanation as to where he learned it. These are not behaviors anyone is born with, they are taught, I for one would like to know where [Iran? North Korea? -Ed]. These should be warning signs for the authorities to be suspicious of.

I do not wish the same fate on those involved, I want them to receive far worse.

If I'm understanding this leaning tower of supposition correctly, the real causes of this tragedy are a single father with iron fists (see: Lifetime Network) and, by extension, divorce (see: The Bible). In any case I think the authorities should focus their attention on the mother and father who didn't beat their child to death, you just know they're hiding something.

This is all really so sick. I can not even believe that anyone with half a brain would even consider blaming a video game for this horrific crime..Come on America!! Wake up and put the blame where it belongs, on those two torturing murders!! God Help us all if those two get anything less than death!!! May by the Grace of God those two die in general population...If I wasn't in Kuwait right now I have no problem what so ever in whipping, drowning and throwning them both across the room until their heads shatter! Lets focus here and make a plan for Riley because she didnt deserve to die like this.. Dont Mess with Texas, well may that ring true for Riley..

His job in Kuwait? Prison guard. Seriously :(

No one is trying to blame the game for what the the Zieglers did. This is a piece of the puzzle to whom these people are, not a defense on their behalf.

That sounds like something Gil Grissom would say, if he were a highschool dropout. I'm going to use it when we finally get around to discussing the role of WOW in Moom's murder.
