I have now (re)discovered the unimpressiveness that is Halo 3, but it has rekindled my interest in mp fps. Is there even the remotest possibility that TF2 won't be overwhelmingly gimped by appearing on the xbox? It's been kind of overshadowed lately, but I'm ready to be impressed.
Although I suppose my minimal 6800 + "gaming laptop" + my 52" lcd might work. I don't know. It's kind of a toss up for me. Has there been any coverage worth reading of the xbox version?

The 360 version of TF2 will only have 16 players max to the PC's 24 (or I've been seeing an occasional 32) player max per server. Aside from that they don't mention any differences. Also, the console orange boxes themselves will have Half-Life 2, episode 1, episode 2, Portal and TF2 all combined. But I wouldn't play them on a console except just for the novelty, like if someone else bought it, I might borrow a copy some time next year just to play it for a day or two to see what the game is like on a console. |
