This game actually doesn't have much cutscenes by Question Asker 11/19/2004, 5:22pm PST
Aside from the introductory movies and codec conversations, this game does not have a lot of required codecs or movies.

This is to such a degree that I would find myself trying to call the various people on the codec, to try to get some story. So far there have been more than a few chunks of this game that go on for an hour or more, taking out guards, and advancing from one area to the other, that I started to forget what I was susposed to be doing, and I would futily call the codec for any kind of backstory (which usually amounted to "go to X and meet Y.")

Whole boss fights will start, progress and end without any inkling of dialouge except for 1 or 2 introductory sentences from the boss (most of which you have already seen in the final trailer)

I think this is the biggest weakness of the game. I was expecting all of these colorful bosses with interesting backstories, but all you get is a sentence like "I will make you feel immeasurable pain." No other prior information on the boss, and no death monolouge. Even if you call up your team on the codec, they don't have much to say about the guy that shoots bees out of his mouth save for plain old battle strategies.

I was just kind of dissapointed that the bosses that were introduced in the final trailer don't really have a lot more too them than what was already seen in the trailer.
