It is sort of like Othello and sort of like Go but more interesting than either to a person who only plays video games because it flips over so many fricking pieces from red to green to red to green that, even though it could technically be played on a physical board, nobody would actually want to do that without a computer helping. Although one day presumably we will have computers helping out more in physical games, Eye of Judgment style, as THE HATED Tycho suggested recently, and I think that will be somewhat awesome. Anyway I had fun with this game for a few hours before I felt like I had semi-mastered it (against the AI at least) so maybe you should try it.
Side notes: It is a good advertisement for the quality of Game Maker, which some of you should use to make a goddamn game. Unless you are still super busy working on that Caltrops pinball table. Also the author's name is Simon Donkers. Also if you play make sure to shut of the music and sound right away because they are horrible. :(
