It annoys me how so many good indie developers are getting lured away from the PC/freeware scene and turning to the consoles. The makers of Mutant Storm are so busy making Mutant Storm Empire for XBLA that they've failed to notice the "buy" link for Space Tripper, the only Defender clone I've ever enjoyed, is broken. However, I wouldn't be suprised if there's already a freeware clone of that new pacman game floating around the internet somewhere. Did somebody say Geometry Wars?
