Possibly better than Die Hard 2 (2 had dumber dialog, this has dumber everything else), not as good as 3. Ridiculous over the top action wise, this might as well have been an Schwarzenegger movie. Remember how McClane's entire appeal was being an everyman dragged in over his head? Kind of hard to stick to that routine when you start aping the most ridiculous scenes from True Lies.
Hollywood characters that need to be retired:
- Ice dragon asian chick who knows kung fu
- Master hacker who lives with his grandma. That's TWO in two months, hollywood! |
