| Ghost Rider made me laugh once, but it can't take credit for it. Nic Cage is doing stupid tricks on his motorcycle, trying to get the girl to pull over and talk to him. She does so and traffic on the highway comes to a stop. In between the banal conversation, you see a crowd form. I saw what I thought was a 2x4 and assumed that the crowd was going to beat the shit out of Nic for bringing traffic to a halt. That I found funny. But no, they cut back and you see that they all just wanted his autograph.
At the end of this abomination you see the director's name and it's the same guy who ruined Daredevil. He's doing fantastic work! He's really talented and should definitely get a few more cracks at destroying comic book movies forever. I can't wait to see what he does with the new Stilt-Man flick that's coming out in 2009.
