A bunch of the end is about how the Cuban health care system is better than America's because it's free and the meds barely cost anything. Moore says he told them specifically to give the American guests (people who had pulverized glass and stuff in their lungs from 9/11, which buhs personally denied their health insurance claims for after detonating the towers, HRRRRRN HEARTSTRINGS).

The middle part is about how France's health care system is not only better, but the people's lives are so much better because they have more art and it costs less to live (free) in France than it does in America, and their lives are better and there are less poor people. The whole movie goes in between this and back to America where people dying of cancer are crying on camera for long periods of time because their health insurance doesn't cover their treatments.

Whenever the camera isn't focusing intently on crying Americans, the movie cuts go back and forth between pristine French/Cuban hospitals and then filthy overcrowded American hospitals full of poor (mostly black) people who can't get treatment, ever.

Every once in a while they get to some stuff about what is actually wrong with the health care system; SEMICOLON it's too expensive or insurance companies are set up to reject as many insurance things as possible for any reason, even some that are not technically legal. Also an old record of Ronald Reagan from the 50s saying that socialized health care would be like SOCIALISM (Stalin). I think that Reagan guy was a republican. Also he had Alzheimer's later.

Moore wraps up with how the terrorists in Fallujah who murdered those 4 mercenaries are not terrorists or insurgents but the minutemen and revolutionaries, and that they will win. Also america bad, France good.
