It's hard to tell from the picture, but either two condoms are dangling or, as I prefer to interpret it, the machine has a motion sensor that causes it to release an avalanche of condoms whenever a child wanders nearby -to better encourage promiscuity. The fact that there is not a pile of unclaimed condoms on the floor is a sign that it is working all too well. Then things get creepy when you take a close look at conservative kid and his female classmate and realize there's no way they're in highschool. Sick fucking liberals.
