-Assault lines: Exactly like the other city assault maps, except you cannot capture the defender's base until all other points are held (if you lose one, you must retake it to capture the base). So basically you will never, ever capture that base. Lots of walkers and rorsch's on all 3 maps. Half of the defending team needs to go engineer to have a chance.
-The goliath is a bad motherfucker. Slow (about infantry walking speed), but nearly invincible. Destroying nodes on the outside will slow its armor reneration rate, which you'll have to do to kill it since at full strength it shrugs off a pilum round in 2 seconds. Can launch motion mines! No active defense shield though.
- The speeder is kickass. Driver gets a walker cannon turret, gunner gets a turret that's half assault rocket launcher, and half rapid fire mini-pilum. |
