1. The kind that can and would smuggle demolition charges into all three buildings under the noses of local law enforcement, building security and employees of said towers and then perfectly orchestrate this atrocity in front of not only the densest mass of educated people and cynics in the nation but in front of the entire world, live, on television. Not to mention, lighting up the pentagon, as if that was necessary, to further distress and enrage the population. Interestingly, these vile governmental bastards have no problem taking so many innocent lives but wouldn't dare harass brave and angsty teens with their heroic myspace pages and their damn iMovie software that wouldn't be so easily fooled.
2. The kind that couldn't even contrive to bury a few hundred cans of Anthrax in a hole in the desert in order to facilitate justification for an invasion and occupation scenario that must have been part of the master stratagy for #1 and to preserve any semblance of competency in the very administration that orchestrated #1. The kind that has made such of spectacle of it's ham-fisted bungling that it's the most scorned and loathed administration in modern history.
