A new client calls reception and wants some French subtitles added to an existing DVD they made. Can we do that without the source material, but just the final DVD? The more technical boss is away today (skiing) so it's up to me to figure this out, which means figure it out on a Mac, specifically. Through delegating the job to someone else, and from him discovering a combination of Cinematronics and DVDStudio to rip and convert files, we found that it could be done no problem. The receptionist writes an e-mail to my boss letting him know that I had taken care of it.
He writes back:
