Did I mention how awesome ESPN's poll maps are? Check out the map for the latest poll. I don't know how to link to the map itself, but the poll is "Do you believe Shawn Merriman's assertion that he didn't knowingly use steriods?" Assuming that he's obviously lying, I was curious to see who was least gullible here.
My first reaction seeing that map was to laugh at the great sea of red disbelief it showed. Good deal! But I notice that the international public is sorta dumb. Turns out Massachusetts ranks number 1 (at 80%) in not believing obvious lies spoken by sports starts, and Indiana, Kansas, and New Mexico are tied for second (78%). Kudos to those states! Colorado is respectable at 77% so I'm okay with that. Find out how relatively dumb or smart your state is! |
