If you can't at least put the description of the strategy in the game, or even better (because I thought of it instead of blizzard) make it so players would be able to figure it out as they are fighting ON THE FIRST TRY without it being so punishing that one player messing up kills all 40 people and costs them tons of money in armor repair bills. No raid monster in any game should do so much damage that you can't survive more than a minute or something. Especially considering how long all those fights are anyway.
