But can you tell me whether it's better to put 30 entries in one draw or spread them out over multiple draws? I would guess either the latter would give better odds or that they are both equally effective but my guesses are often wrong when math is involved. If the number of entries in each draw is the same, it doesn't matter whether you spread them out. But one of the draws has to be less popular than the others, so your best move is to put all of your entries on the least popular thing. If you can't determine or guess which thing is least popular, the second or second-to-last thing on a list of equivalent choices will usually be the one least chosen. |
