To be fair, a better statistic would be INT/ATT. Otherwise a lot of HOF quarterbacks and guys from the 1970s before backup QBs were invented would be disporportionately high.
Also, Nolan Ryan was definitely one of the greatest pitchers of all time, but his KO/Walk ratio was terrible.
Myself, I have a bit of a Payton Manning hateboner brewing... I like the commercials, but the guy just reminds me of why I still think it's cool to harbor contempt towards Midwestern smalltown America.
