1 Your User Name (if you remember it).
2 You Password (if you remember it).
3 Your name (as used to make the account).
4 Your mailing address including State and Zip Code.
5 Your date of birth.
6 The serial number(s) for your game(s).
7 A description of the issue you are having.

1 and 3, apparently the exact same thing?

4 - 6, what the fuck is the point of surrendering this information, just so they can tell me the email address I used (or just paste the form response again)?

7, seems totally pointless.

As for "remembering" the password, the account manager has the peculiar option of recalling the password for any account. The catch being of course that you must already havr the password, and the account must be active on the computer already.

The real problem is that I registered the account with one of the email addresses I have already attempted to use and it did not retrieve the account, which means they are preventing me from playing my best character but not my brothers character or the one I never played.
