Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, has died by Souffle of Pain 09/04/2006, 12:52am PDT Bisbane, Australia - The Associated Press is reporting Steve Irwin better Internationally known as the "Crocodile Hunter" was killed in a marine accident. Several Australian news agencies are reporting he died in on the Great Barrier Reef in northeastern Queensland from a stingray barb that went through his chest. He died Monday morning while filming an underwater documentary. According to an article on news.com.au his American-born wife, Terri, is hiking in Tasmania and has not been told of her husband's death yet. Steve Irwin is known worldwide as the Crocodile Hunter. He's famous for his love for wildlife and his "Crikey!" cries. He leaves behind his wife and two children.
