I reinstalled the OS on a computer without writing down what the drivers were first. Oops! Normally in that case, I could just look at the motherboard and see what model it is, then look it up. But this motherboard doesn't have that information, at least not that I can see.
It's an Athlon 64 motherboard, VIA chipset. I downloaded and tried 6 or 7 via network adapter drivers, to no avail. Any suggestions on likely NIC driver candidates to try out? I'll be working on this tomorrow. After that: figuring out what sound card is onboard that thing. I enjoy making simple tasks extremely difficult. |
