| Mayhaps all you need is a firmware update for the DVD drive. Find out what model and series optical drive your laptop is using and see if an update is available. Sometimes Dell itself might provide it in the download section of the support site for your model, sometimes you have to hunt down the support site from the vender itself. | ||||
