So now I'm knee-deep in MAME, 13 gigs worth on my hard drive. I can play every game in (Japan) (US) or (World) version. Soon I will pray for an easy way to delete roms forever right from the MAME32 browser, ala uTorrent's "Remove torrent and data" option, but right now I'm still in the fun discovery stage. Using MAME32's awesome genre sorter, I was able to rediscover a game who's name had left me for years. I'd try to describe it like this: "An isometric racing game... in Europe... in the olden days... with speed lines!" and of course no one would say anything, except maybe suggest that I'm thinking of Thrash Rally (which is fun too, but wrong). Turns out the game is called 1000 Miglia, Great Thousand Mile Rally. How could I have forgotten?!

The next game I'm going to talk about is Chelnov: The Atomic Runner, which was the first game I tried on MAME back in 1999, and the game I've still MAMEd the most over the years. Because I love it. Because it's awesome. A description of Chelnov would only make you hate it. Just give it time to grow on you.
