| I have a friend who's rapidly losing his vision and having a hell of a time using windows lately. White pointers suck when using word, and black pointers suck using the internet.
He's got an ATI graphics card and the "Windows Inverted" pointer doesnt seem to work on those cards. Instead of ponying up for an nvidia card, I figured it would be easier if I just made him an animated color-changing set of pointers. Can anyone suggest a decent freeware program for the creation of animated mouse pointers? |
