| I was playing DOD Source in a server, and I was in there for a while (a few map rotations) when I was shooting some of the barrels in the spawn area, and some guy was like HEY YOU SHOULDN'T DO THAT, THERE'S NO SHOOTING IN SPAWN. Because it's a server rule. In the previous map, some dicks were shooting teammates in the spawn area (FF on!!!!!), fucking up health, including mine. But I was just shooting barrels. So I was like, "what if I'm just shooting barrels?" And the complaining guy and an admin were like NO YOU CAN'T SHOOT AT ALL IN THE SPAWN, and I was like, "what if I just knife the barrels then?" And the complainer was like LOOK JUST DON'T DO ANYTHING IN SPAWN GOD IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO UNDERSTAND (I guess I wasn't understanding, assburgianly). And then I was like, "I was shooting near the second flag, that's not too close is it?" And the complainer guy was like JUST KICK THIS GUY HE IS AN ASSHAT and apparently an admin was thinking the same thing because all of 1 second later I was kicked out of the server.
So of course I had to let them know that I had defeated them, so I had a cigarette for a proper amount of delay so they'd be off guard, added the server to favorites and copied the IP just in case (this troll job would require very precise calibration, perhaps with tricorders O_O), started up DOD Source, bound quit to F10, bound my personalized message to a key so I could hit it without having to type it out (PRESS THE CIRCLE BUTTON TO TROLL), then entered the server, zoomed through team and class menus, hit the message, which was something like "you don't kick people for actual shooting in the spawn but for joking about it, looks like I win, WELCOME TO AMERICA" like some kind of Bad Boys 2, and then hit F10 before they could even do shit. Then I unbound the shit and removed the server from my favorites. A successful troll accomplished pretty much. This is why I wish there was more single player stuff for HL2. Would've saved me all that extra work. :( |
