| Skills update in real time. For all I know this has been a MMORPG staple since Golden Tee 2002, but it's the first time I've seen it. I managed to upgrade by "Afterburner" skill while at work. So final tally for today:
o Productive time for company - 9 hours, minus two Caltrops posts o Productive time for Eve On-line 9 hours + commute The time it takes to train skills increases as you gain ranks in those skills. I'm convinced that it's not because of any in-game reason, but because needing 8 hours to train "drones" allows you to get a good night's sleep. As a rookie, the temptation to set your alarm for three in the morning to say which skill to train next is very high, resulting in a sleep-deprived and generally cranky rookie class, now that I think about it.
