I like Venture Brothers a lot, actually, but I haven't seen it in so long I half expected they'd canceled it.

I see now that they show it at 4AM some days. If it's on when I'm up I'd defintiely watch it, though I'd be on the fence about owning it on DVD. I think the DVD question for me is "Am I going to want to come back and watch this again 5 years from now?" I can see myself retiring from my job, moving out to the desert, getting wasted and watching Simpsons DVDs for the decade or so it takes my high cholesterol to kill me off, I'd say the same about a bunch of other cartoons, shows, movies and games, but I'm not sure I'd watch Venture Brothers seasons any more than I'd watch on old DVD collection of Night Court or something: liked it on TV, not sure I'm taking it with me to the desert.

The new cable channel trick of running new short "seasons" 2-3 times a year is starting to make it hard to track these shows, I'm sure I've overlooked other stuff, too. Powerpuff Girls isn't Adult Swim, though I'd own that series in a second.
