| Osaka, Japan. It was an accident. I was trying to get one of those big green nuking squares to come up on Tokyo and I clumsily clicked on the map when I meant to scroll. Chalk up another one for people who do not like trackballs -- if I had been on a mouse, presumably the people of Osaka would not have suffered that tragedy (for another three or four turns).
