| Here's the Japanese cartridge from 1986, and the box from DW4. If you look at the enemy designs from DW's static fight screens you can kind of see the DBZ likeness.
Of course, the cover art was changed for the english release because it looked so fucking awful. The Game Boy Color remakes played up the DBZ connection which by then was a selling point to the kiddies. |
