I loved the original Rush games and this looks like it has absolutely nothing at all in common with them. However, it prominently features a retro Charger and a Lotus Elise, the two opposite ends of my dream car spectrum. Does the game capture anything at all of the spirit of the original games, or does it at least stand on its own merits as a stunt racer? Or is it just a Midnight Club knockoff with licensed cars and licensed ride pimpery and, uh, daylight? Wait, I guess the last one would be MC: Dub Edition plus daylight. Anyway, Blockbuster is sold out and I hate Blockbuster anyway so somebody needs to do this while I watch Haunted on Discovery Channel. Tonight's episode: the wife is compelled to restore their aging mansion and the husband plays the organ way more than most people would! Also long, badly lit hallways. |
