The problem is "our side" (Penny-Arcade, I guess, in this instance) is completely occupied with this great internet battle, and Jack Thompson is sending out form letter faxes and getting ready for more TV appearances and meetings with senators. Once again the Internet overestimates its ability affect actual change.
