Every person that ever had an inkling of an idea to attempt making DIY electronic music has played with a cracked version of Rebirth. Now you can play with it again for the first time, using a copy cracked by its own authors.
If there's anyone on earth that doesn't know what Rebirth is, it's the original virtual emulation of classic hardware, in this case, the classic acid techno combination of a Roland TB303, a TR808, and a TR909. I assume they made it free because they don't intend to update it and there are better emulations out there in VST format now. But it is a fun toy and it's free, so hey.
You could sign up at the official site and get in line to download it at some time next month, or you can now d/l a version that includes all the mods at Oink at 77k/s. |
