A bolt of lightning killed a 15-year-old Boy Scout and injured three others while they slept in a log shelter during a violent storm.
Hmmmm, what could they have been doing alone in a cabin that God would... would.. i forgot where i was going with this but here are some possible warning signs.
Camp Steiner is the highest Boy Scout camp in the country at 10,400 feet elevation in the Uinta Mountains, a magnet for thunderstorms on summer afternoons
Paul was an Eagle Scout, the highest rank in scouting, usually attained at an older age of 17 or 18. But in Utah, the Mormon Church advances its scouts more quickly so they can prepare for a proselytizing mission.
children + lightning magnets = dead children. I think Boy Scouts is the one where they should be old enough to have discovered tits and what they're attached to, so no big loss there. As a former Tiger Scout or Tiger Cub, i can say with authority that the kids queer enough to go to scout camp probably deserve to have their scouting related death laughed at. Or they were escaping horrible living conditions at home. Either way, God's slowly making his way towards killing an entire camp of future losers and/or serial killers. |
