Same here. I honestly do spend a lot of time working with markup in emacs (colors are just fine) and that cheesy kde text editor (also: good colors).
Lately I've noticed that the beta of OpenOffice 2 makes some pretty clean html from any of its component editors, which includes the writer and OO draw.
At this point I've gotten so lazy that all of our internal sites still say "Plone" for the masthead, with the default theme. ReStructured Text kicks some ass, though, if you're used to documenting everything in emacs anyway.
