I've played City of Heroes for about the past year, leaving me not much time to play other games. That and the frequent Mysterio/CO/bink shitfests left me with little to say and less desire to say it. However, I think I'm quitting CoH and these boards have been more frequently literate, or at least sentient. So I guess I'm back or something!

I picked up the new Kirby game, bringing my DS library to 2 games after a mere 7-month wait. It's a pretty cool platformer that relies entirely on the touchscreen. It's also the gayest Kirby game yet (a tall order!) by virtue of the ability to draw magical rainbows that Kirby can ride on. I'm liking it so far and might review it later.

So yeah...Gladius. I never did finish it. The fact that the later areas were a lot sparser kind of disappointed me, and I just got tired of trying to level too many characters. Some of the fights required too many of certain types I really didn't care about (for instance, Arcane classes never seemed that worthwhile) and hiring them for a single fight never seemed to go too well. That and the lackluster plot left me uncompelled to finish.
