Blockbuster finally succeeded in killing our local video store. :(

The local video store one block from my house that I grew up with was killed when a blockbuster opened up here (very strict anti-chain business laws in my town got relaxed pretty recently). It happened all of a sudden while I was away at college. I got back to find it just gone. I didn't even get a chance to say goodbye :(. Now instead of being able to find nearly every movie imagineable from the past 30 years, I get a guarentee that 30 copies of Alone in the Dark will always be in stock.

But it seems like Blockbuster is now getting its ass kicked by their retarded new return policy and Netflix. The Blockbuster in my college town now seems poised to be put out of business by an opening Hollywood Video.
