2. My issue with Fussbett has existed since last spring, and it has nothing to do with whether he disagrees with me or not. You see, running this site is work. Serious work, even, when you consider how much blood is spilt in arguments about how it should be run.

Stop being such a queen. We're allowed to argue, as it's the entire point of the site. There is no BLOOD SPILT, there is no HOLY WAR, nor should tempers even flare (SO MAD!). We seasoned vets of forum flames are above that, right? Don't make me get Clay Shirky in here to explain forum dynamics to you!

When I have to work with somebody on a serious project, I expect them handle themselves in at least a semi-professional manner.
Would you consider your post to be semi-professional? The one I'm replying to now, where you publicly deface my work ethic and discredit my behaviour? How about the one where you make a big show of FIRING me, tough guy? Not exactly the corporate high road -- but maybe you're fighting fire with fire?

Well anyway, I guess I was just too "casual Friday" for the button down world of video game website webmastery. Should I have worn a shirt and tie while in Photoshop? Semi-professional!!!

I've had less trouble with Barbie, even though we disagree more often, even though he's fucking nuts. Fussbett neither works with nor respects either of us, so he goes.

Once the site was going steady, I started grooming ICJ to take care of everything and even changing things on the site so that my unique snowflake touch is no longer required. I posted about getting ICJ in there several times, and nothing was done about it. The day I got my walking papers I sent ICJ all the Caltrops stuff he needs to update the site (but some files were wrinkled and had Coke stains on them due to my non-professionalism and lack of respect) and I asked if he's got a server password and whatnot. No, no he doesn't. I think my moral is that everyone's blinding Fussbett anger made things much harder than they had to be.
