| I just thought it was funny how quickly he fell into the American leftist M.O. WHILE satirizing the right doing the same...
a) needing a study to prove the obvious (that the right's editorials focus on personalities over issues more than the left) and b) that that somehow is all that big a deal in the broader debate about media bias (which as far as criticism on the right has been concerned is virtually all about the presentation of editorials as sko objective news and the problem of news creation vs news reporting). Which, as people like yourself are fond of pointing out (and rightly so), is all well and good until you get to the farcical Fox news network. You can talk all the shit you want about the Journal's editorials and such, but its news reporting is impeccable; Fox doesn't even ask you to grab your ankles before giving you a full dose of "news" news. |
