OK, take the dumbwaiter in the kitchen up to Beth Duclare's room (alternatively there's a key to her room on a table upstairs behind a vase IIRC) - a vault code is behind her bed, some shit's on a table or dresser (crossbow IIRC), a key to Nicolette's room is lying around I'm certain, and there's a painting with cool shit behind it (the painting Nicolette won't shut up about) - namely the key to the basement and a datacube 'OH MY PRECIOUS DAUGHTER IN CASE I DIE' note on it.

Grab all of this shit and then hit Nicole's room as well for good shit.

Head back downstairs, open the basement (I think it's in the kitchen because it's some wine-cellar type deal) with your newfound key, there's a candelabra in there you can pull to open a SECRET PASSAGE - inside here is all kinds of shit, I believe the vault code is for one of the aug thingies in here. Send the signal using the computer and then head out back to the crypts - now loaded with MJ12 troopers. Enjoy.
