I think he means either "Without cheating" or "Play each level just with the weapons you can find in them", kinda like speed running.
Foogla, thanks for thinking rather than going to clicheinsultmine.com and looking under "what to do when you can't post that picture of the one guy from CHiPs". Actually, I mean the items that you have to pick up with the E or Enter key as opposed to the guns and other weapons you walk by that magically appear in your inventory. I figured somebody wouldn't understand it.

I still think it is a perfect example of a game that would of been better if you were Spider Man or something.
